VariRec, GigaRec and PowerRec as user

This patch allows to normal users on Plextor drives:

- Hide CD-R
- SingleSession
- SpeedRead
- PowerRec
- VariRec
- GigaRec

Can be tested with new qpxtool (testing version available here):
