[PATCH 8/11] sh: sh-sci clock framework updates.

A couple of updates for the sh-sci serial driver:

	- Update for clock framework on sh.
	- Fix a compile error introduced by some h8300 changes.
	- Add SH7770/SH7780 subtype support.
