Right, so do we need "no translation, fnkeyfirst and fnkeylast" option
or just "fnkeyfirst and fnkeyast"?

Newer GCCs, unit-at-a-time, etc. etc. - teher was pretty long
discussion about letting GCC decide on inlining.
