[patch 00/20] mutex subsystem, -V13

this is version -V13 of the generic mutex subsystem, against v2.6.15.

 - added the synchronization primitives test module, by David Howells

   [ modified it to do default tests on bootup, if =y ]

 - cleaned up __mutex_lock_common(), removed two ugly gotos
