Here is yet another updated version of the dynticks code. Changes: Rolled in the deadlock fix for 051218 Rolled in Dominik's latest C states code Added more helper functions to work with dynticks instead of accessing the dynticks struct directly: dyn_tick_skipping Returns if we are currently skipping ticks. dyn_tick_current_skip Returns the number of ticks we are currently skipping if we are skipping and dyn_tick_next_tick Returns the next scheduled dyn_tick if we are skipping ticks.
