ACK, except ->protocol_changed part
(IDE needs fixing if you want dynamic barrier changes, sorry)
I'll just leave FUA support for IDE out for the time being.  It's not 
like we have lots of (any?) PATA disks which support FUA anyway.  Thanks 
for your time.
