This is V2 of the patch.
Changes:
- Cleaned up by folding find_or_alloc() into hugetlb_no_page().
- Consolidate common code in the memory policy layer by creating a new
function interleave_nid().
Patch on top of allocation patch and the cpuset patch that Andrew already
accepted.
