Please remove /proc interface. Information regarding PCI device
and drives are available through another sources (i.e. lspci, hdparm)
and (if needed) you can easily write user-space tool for displaying
chipset configuration.

max_drive_pio_mode() shares a lot of code with
drivers/ide/pci/serverworks.c:config_chipset_for_pio()
except that it doesn't handle PIO SLOW/0/1 modes
and wrongly assumes PIO 2 to be minimum mode
supported by a device.
Please try to find a way to share code with serverworks.c
(moving to ide-lib.c) and fix "PIO2" assumption.

Removal of IDE chipset modules is unsafe and not supported.
Please remove xilleon_ide_exit() until IDE core is fixed.

Please try to use DocBook style for function comments.
You may also need to run lindent on this driver as in few places
it contains spaces instead of tabs and whitespaces at the end
