[patch] Make epoll_wait() handle negative timeouts as MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT ...

As reported by Vadim Lobanov, epoll_wait() did not handle correctly timeouts <0 (only the -1 case was MAX_SCHEDULE_TIMEOUT'd).
