No. The delays I 'require' are not estimated. They are constant. What is
estimated is the kernels ability to give what I require. And that varies
greatly between a 100HZ kernel and a 1000HZ kernel.
So what is the returned valu of sysconf(_SC_CLK_TCK) good for?
