Hi! Following-up to the last patch with a cardman 4040 driver, this is now the cardman 4000 driver. Plesae apply the following patch to the mainline tree, thanks! The Kconfig/Makefile/MAINTAINERS hunks are incremental to the 4040 driver patch I sent with my previous mail.
