[patch 7/10] s390: crypto driver update.

crypto device driver update:
- Suppress syslog messages for some return codes.
- Fix incorrect bounds checking in /proc interface.
- Remove hotplug calls.
- Remove linux version checks.
- Remove device workqueue on module unload.
