Could you explain this change? I think it breaks do_signal/handle_signal,
they check orig_eax >= 0 to handle -ERESTARTSYS:

	if (regs->orig_eax >= 0) {

		switch (regs->eax) {
		        case -ERESTART_RESTARTBLOCK:
			case -ERESTARTNOHAND:
