still printk ignores the loglevel (I commented out the #ifdef in
kernel/printk.c to make the spurious messages go away).
The condition is reversed.
The '#ifdef CONFIG_PRINTK_IGNORE_LOGLEVEL' should be
'#ifndef CONFIG_PRINTK_IGNORE_LOGLEVEL'.
