Please pull from the 'misc-fixes' branch of
rsync://rsync.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jgarzik/netdev-2.6.git

to obtain r8169 and 3c574_cs fixes.  diffstat/shortlog/patch attached.
