[PATCH] PCI: Spelling fixes for drivers/pci.

Here are some spelling corrections for drivers/pci.

CONTROLER -> CONTROLLER
Regisetr -> Register
harware -> hardware
inital -> initial
Initilize -> Initialize
funtion -> function
funciton -> function
occured -> occurred
