too many LATEST-IS-* on kernel.org?

	LATEST-IS-2.6.12-rc2               04-Apr-2005 09:41    0
	LATEST-IS-2.6.12-rc3               20-Apr-2005 17:21    0

I thought only the last one is LATEST.
