[RFC/PATCH 16/22] W1: cleanup masters refcounting & more

W1: clean-up master device implementation:
    - get rid of separate refcount, rely on driver model to
      enforce lifetime rules;
    - use atomic to generate unique master IDs;
    - drop unused fields.
