All builds in Fedora are RPM packages.  It is in the development
repository and I wouldn't recommend installing it unless you are using
Rawhide.  If you want to use it in a previous version of Fedora, 
Libreoffice site has some packages and you may have to remove
Openoffice.org RPM packages from Fedora first.
