This http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=192358
is taged as dist-f13-updates-testing and not yet in a repo:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/kernel-2.6.34.6-47.fc13

status: pending
pushed: false

so I asume only 'dist-*-updates' are pushed to a repo?
