Well, enable tcp-ip on netware server if is not already enabled.
Then as usualy:

ncpmount -S nwserver -A nwserver|ip_address -U nwuser /path/to/mount-point

Also "man ncpmount" helps (read about $HOME/.nwclient to store 
server/user)
