As I understand the procedure:

wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/bootstrap.cgi | bash
wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/firmware/bootstrap.cgi | bash

then:

yum -y install firmware-addon-dell
yum install -y $(bootstrap_firmware)

update_firmware --yes
