F11: two broken programs: Mirrormanager & Netdisco

Encountered a couple of bugs:

+ mirrormanager prevents httpd from starting

+ netdisco scripts fail to completely remove itself. The
    scripts itself spews out errors. Was forced to use
    rpm --noscripts -e netdisco

Anyone else agree?
