Hm. 

Yum --skip-broken install smart causes smart to be skipped.

Ironies.

If i try:

yum --skip-broken update

I get:

...
skip-broken could not solve problems

Error: Missing Dependency: libcelt.so.0()(64bit) is needed by package gstreamer-plugins-bad-0.10.12-2.fc11.x86_64 (rpmfusion-free-updates)

 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

and I've already tried those last three options.

It looks really badly screwed from here.
