Hi Alan,


I installed FC11 over my previous FC10 installation. Now the computer boots,
but the palimpsest disk Utility reports a failing disk. I'll replace it.

No, the livecd had a different kernel. I installed a PAE kernel, but
it initially
survived the boot.

I'll send it after next boot. I could `ls' all disks on the grub command line.
