At http://docs.fedoraproject.org/install-guide/f11/en-US/html/s1-rescuemode-boot.html Section 17.2.1, it should say "/dev/sda", not "/dev/hda". It hasn't been /dev/hda in a while. There's no obvious contact info provided to report mistakes. How should this be done?
