Try installing http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/updates/testing/10/i386/akmod-VirtualBox-OSE-2.1.4-2.fc10.i686.rpm
instead of kmod-VirtualBox. When you reboot, the akmod will build
kmod-Virtualbox for you against your running kernel.
