F10: Eclipse SVN Subversion does not seem to have authorization (user/pass) support?

F10 seems to be running Eclipse v3.4.1, and to my surprise,
SVN Repository Perspective does not seem to have the
authorization entries for those who need it?  I have no
place to enter the name and password in order to open
my repository!
