Why would you forward spam?

You've likely got your email address blacklisted. Many spam filters use
various forms of pattern matching to determine what is and is not spam. If you
send (or foward) spam, those filters will flag your address as an undesirable
source and that's it.

The first step toward solving the problem would be to do whatever is necessary
to stop sending (forwarding) spam. Anything else is not addressing the problem.
