According to:
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/codecs-status.html
that's DV audio and:
1. they say it is supposed to be supported by libdv. However MPlayer on F9
is linked against libdv, so it must be failing to decode the file.
2. they also claim it should also be supported by ffmpeg. However ffmpeg on
F9 doesn't report the dvaudio codec as supported (I checked it myself) and
I don't see it being supported in their current development version either
(I checked the gitweb).
