Check out https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165656
It has both png and jpeg attachments - and both download instead of just
opening. Again, this is expected behavior since the website tells the
browser to download both.
If someone posted a URL to a jpg or png file (not attachment), it would
open in the browser.
