Hi,
try to modify the softlink /usr/src/kernels/2.6.27.5-117.fc10.x86_64 to /usr/src/kernels/2.6.27.12-170.2.2.fc10.x86_64 ( or something similar, look for it in your filesystem ). probably the update of the kernel hasn't update this link.
