Easy :)
Applications ---> Sound & Video ---> PulseAudio Volume Control

This is how it can be done at least in Gnome.  In KDE, YMMV or it is a bit different, but it should be there, otherwise turn to good old CLI and type 
$ pavucontrol

It should come up :)
