They won't forward it because they aren't in a position to duplicate the
bug, can't provide information about the bug and admittedly don't
support proprietary software.

If you install proprietary software, you are responsible for maintaining
and supporting it yourself - hence, the best idea is to report the bugs
directly to nVidia in this case.
