Firewall is disabled on this system. (Please no preaching about
security issues.)

SELinux is enforcing, but the SELinux icon thingy never popped up and
said it was blocking anything. (And the only mentions of cupsd in the
audit.log file say "res=success", which I assume means that SELinux
isn't it.)
