Look at kernel source and kernel docs.  This URL will help.
   http://www.mjmwired.net/kernel/Documentation/x86_64/boot-options.txt

The key is that you are not looking for kickstart options but
kernel flags.   Most are documented at kernel.org.... All of the
common and interesting ones are listed/ documented.   Do look
at the source for your kernel as these do change over time.

You may also need to look at individual driver source.
