there is another config file for mouse effect that is lost to my recall
now. will have to check for it when i reboot to f8 to see what it is.

true. if you roll wheel. while what i was describing is pressing wheel
to give a menu selection. what ever gets him there. ;o)

i am looking forward to see what all i like and dislike of new kde.
