In dries repo is passwdgen-2.2-2.fc8.rf.i386.rpm for Fedora 8,
it shall working fine on F9. Or You can download SRPMS and rebuild
this for F9.

Seems to be in dries, but only goes to fc4, and yum gave a 404 for it.
