Hello,

It sounds like your confused about NameVirtualHosts. NameVirtualHosts
allows you to have multiple addresses e.g. www.fedoraproject.com,
www.fedora.com, www.fedora.org etc... to one IP address.

I am not sure what you are trying to do but I think you might be trying
to use the mod_userdir module, check Apaches web page for more details
on virtual hosting or type in your address bar http://127.0.0.1/manuals/
