I seem to recall that it was a rather redundant seperating out of the
main package of what's really an ordinary nameserver configuration that
could/should be part of the usual installation.  I would guess the only
differences being what else is allowed to query your server, but there's
probably better ways of toggling allow queries from LAN &/or the public
options.
