Hola Manuel, primero de todo gracias por tu respuesta. Te comento, desde windows no hay ningún problema para levantar la VPN, así que damos por supuesto que el servidor está correcto, pero es cuando tratamos de levantar la conexión desde la máquina Linux cuando no hay tu tía. ¿Alguna sugerencia?

Hi,

It's very likely you've not configured your connection properly.
I'm assuming the server is setup correctly, so on your client side
something like this should do the trick:

openvpn --config /etc/openvpn/client..conf --daemon

Make sure you've setup your connections options correctly in your
client.conf
