[F8] Booting up shows a User.py error.

I noted that when booting F8, there is an error displayed
showing that /usr/share/plague/server/User.py, line 18:

line 18: import sqlite

Fails - I was not able to capture the actual error reported,
but I checked with yum install sqlite and it says that this
package is already installed on my system.

How can I track the problem down?

This problem does not prevent the system from coming up
however - just that it is annoying as if there is a problem
to begin with? Can I ignore this "error"?
