But not that one.... the UK did try very hard to make the crypto law work
that way but in the end compromised on a rather saner definition. 

Now UK libel law is a real mess, and that causes big problems for social
sites/blogs/community sites in general in the UK (you'll notice most are
hosted out of the UK for this reason). Thats something UK folks should
continue to beat up their politicians about.
