The format would be

LABEL=MYPEN /media/disco vfat noauto,user 0 0

If you put an entry in /etc/fstab for the drive, then HAL will NOT
auto-mount the drive when you plug it in. A better way would be to
name the pen drive disco and then it will get mounted on
/media/disco when you plug it in.
