No im not, residential dsl/cable/dialup/whatever is all contended, no res
sevice anywhere is a 1:1 regardless of how much data limits you permit,
becasue at teh cheap prices you pay, its never going to be.
Your customers can then buy the package that suits their needs and you get to
cover your costs and make a buck.
