In each /etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo file, comment out the mirrorlist line and
uncomment the baseurl line.  If you want to be polite to the Fedora
infrastructure, replace the URL there with one or more you like from the
mirrorlist.  Look at how the Livna repo files do it.
