You can use a drive cloning tool (various hard drive manufacturers
provide free ones, as well as other sources). You can use "dd" to copy
a drive, manually. Just make sure that, whichever way do do it, you
change hostnames and network addresses, afterwards.

You can use a "kickstart" file with Anaconda to do "installs" on each
PC, with a prepared list of what to install. After one install, there
should be one in the /root directory, that'd allow you to create the
next machine the same. Or you can custom create one.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5. Today, it's FC7.
