Mark Eggers just sent me a note stating that he tried adding the full path
(/usr/bin/kalarm) to Sessions-Startup and it worked for him.

So I just tried it again.  And it worked for me too!

The last time I tried this was with FC6 and it didn't work.

It now works for me with F7!
