It works here:
quickstep[101][~] ping 0.fedora.pool.ntp.org
PING 3.pool.ntp.org (200.23.51.205) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from cronos.cenam.mx (200.23.51.205): icmp_seq=1 ttl=41 time=198 ms
64 bytes from cronos.cenam.mx (200.23.51.205): icmp_seq=2 ttl=41 time=221 ms
