Are you really sure, that you need both atrpms and freshrpms?  
I believe that these two repositories doesn't try to be 
compatible with each other. The standard officially endorsed 
combination is Fedora-Core+Fedora-Extras+livna, which try hard to 
be compatible with each other (well, livna tries to be compatible 
with the first two). Is there something in atrpms/freshrpms which 
isn't in livna? And if yes, and it is just few packages, just go 
ahead and download src.rpm and recompile -- you would be much 
safer doing that.
